For all we know Diancie may be like Mewtwo, it's just there to capture and Mega evolve, nothing fancy may come out of it, sadly :(
I hope that we do get some clues as to what it's ability is, if not down right learn what it is.

The showed Roxanne. She looks nicer from what I saw. It seems the ruby and sapphire in the box art did have something to do with their transformations as they look like they're inside a ruby and sapphire cocoon when transforming :3

Agreed! At the beginning I couldn't even tell that it was for ORAS, haha, just a kid walking around in the forest. The little cutscene about Groudon and Kyogre make me think they're really going to expand on those ancient forms in the plot of the remakes, probably the main focus of the games. Other than that, the overworld looks so gorgeous and the brief glimpse of some gym puzzles and the Team Magma/Aqua headquarters blew me away. So exciting!

I think that perhaps Origin cave will have the story of the trio as that cave barely played a part in RS other than house the legendary.

They did show us a trailer of the game that we've never seen before! In it, there was a kid with a backpack journeying through a forest, when he found ancient drawings of Groudon and Kyogre, who come to life in the screen. Then, a series of short shots of different areas in Hoenn. If I remember correctly, Brendan was shown running through the route before Rustboro, and the intro to the battle with Roxanne was in there, as well as the option screen of Mudkip, Torchic, and Treecko. A cave-like area, and Team Magma/Aqua headquarters got a bit of screen time.

I really like the beginning scene. Really eminates the tropical environment of Hoenn, and then the quick transition to Kyogre, Groudon, and then riding on Latios? Amazing. Loved Fortree, just as gorgeous as I thought, if not more. ~__~ Gah, Archie's 3D model makes me so happy. This is exactly the kind of stuff I wanted to see!

Anyone noticed all the different backgrounds. It seems they're more diverse than XY's backgrounds ^_^
