GUNNER'S VANILLA MAFIA
Welcome to Gunner's Vanilla Mafia! I'm Salzorrah and I will be your Game Master for this season.
For those who are new to the game, Mafia is a game wherein players are divided into two teams, the uninformed majority, known as the Innocents, and the informed minority, known as the Mafia. The objective of the innocents is to eliminate every mafia player in the game, while the mafia has to work together and kill the innocents until they equal to the number of innocents left in the game. In other games, there are also third party players who usually have different objectives from the innocents and the mafia to win.
Some of the players also have powers known as night actions. These actions may either help or hinder your team into achieving your objectives. Examples of such actions include investigating a player, protecting another player, blocking another player's action, killing another player, and so on and so forth.
There are usually two phases in Mafia, the Day phase, and the Night phase. The game usually starts on a night phase, with the first one dubbed as Night Zero, wherein the mafia convene to talk about who gets killed first, usually in a mafia chat that is hosted by the game master, in an external chat service such as Discord. The other players, if they have a night action, can use their actions on this phase, and other subsequent night phase, depending on what action it is. Threads that are in the night phase cannot be replied to, and you must not talk during that phase. The night phase usually lasts 24 hours, depending on the game master.
After the night phase is over, the day phase begins, and the discussions then happen in the thread. The innocents must be able to discern who is mafia and who is not, while the mafia must try to blend in with the crowd, and avoid getting killed. During the day, players must vote another player to kill off for the day. After about 48 hours, the GM then kills the player with the most number of votes, and the night phase start again.

ROLES
Here is the list of all of the roles.
The Cop
Each night phase, they may investigate another player using [INVESTIGATE] Name to learn if they are sided with the Villagers, the Mafia, or are unaligned. They win if all of the mafia players are dead. There is only one of these in the game.
The Doctor
Each night phase, they may protect another player using [PROTECT] Name which prevents the mafia or the vigilante from killing them. They win if all of the mafia players are dead. There is only one of these in the game.
The Vigilante
Once in the whole game, they may kill another player using [KILL] Name. They may only do this during the night phase, and if the Doctor or Hooker blocks their action, the action will not be wasted, and may be used again. They win if all of the mafia players are dead. There is only one of these in the game.
The Villager
They have no night actions, and their job is to single out the mafia players, and to discuss during the day phase. They win if all of the mafia players are dead.
The Hooker
One of the members of the mafia. Aside from the mafia night kill, each night phase, they may block another player's actions using [BLOCK] Name. This prevents the target's actions from going through for the night. They win if all of the surviving mafia players outnumber the other surviving players. There is only one of these in the game.
The Goon
One of the members of the mafia. They have no night actions, aside from the mafia night kill, and their job is to discuss during the day phase, and blend in with the innocents. They win if all of the surviving mafia players outnumber the other surviving players.
The Fool
An unaligned player. They have no night actions, and their job is to convince everyone to lynch them in the day phase. They win if they get lynched. They will appear unaligned when investigated, and innocent when killed. There is only one of these in the game.
