I don't really have that much knowledge on mafia roles, but I might have some ideas about what they could be. My knowledge mainly focuses on the Pokemon themselves in the games, so be advised.

Castform's entire gimmick revolves around it being able to change form depending on the weather. If it's sunny, it'll become a Fire type, if it's hailing it becomes an Ice type, if it's raining it becomes Water type, and with no weather going at all it's Normal type. Going off this and the fact it learns all weather causing moves, it can probably change the weather and might have an ability that changes depending on what the weather is. What that is I couldn't really tell you to save my life though.

Unown on its own is kind of worthless as its only ability is Hidden Power, which is a move that changes in type depending on the user's personality. If there's multiple Unown though they can warp reality and generate illusions to some extent, as well as spell out words. I also don't really have much of a clue what Unown might be mafia role-wise.

Stunfisk lurks in mud and stuns Pokemon and people that walk on top of it. Maybe it's a granny? It doesn't really act preemptively and isn't really hurt when people walk on it even if they're very heavy.

At first I thought castform's ability would change depending on the weather, which implies the weather changes randomly. But day 1 post suggests that castform was the one that caused the rain, so I'm currently thinking castform has weather changing abilities. And because that alone would be useless since that would require another Pokemon to take advantage of its effects and too much coordination for town, it probably has weather ball as well and it changes depending on the weather.

tl;dr I believe castform needs two NAs to do something.

I was thinking wobbufet would be a bomb, but granny makes more sense, since wobbufet is not meant to die in one shot I guess?

It also has Shadow Tag, which prevents most Pokemon from escaping it, and can learn Encore and Destiny Bond, which makes the opponent repeat its last attack and takes its opponent out with it respectively. It could be a lot of things. ~_~

Wobbu seems more like a granny, since counter and mirror coat are meant to bounce the attack back at the attacker, maybe even bomb?

EDIT: Didn't see Alex mention bomb earlier. I also doubt that's the real role but we should assume wobbu is granny just for the safety of any nightly townies.

Any ideas on Stunfisk, Castform or Unown?

I have this feeling like Stunfisk does something drastic to "save the day!!!!" as it were, like a bomb role. Horrible fitting, but, it does learn Fissure at a basic level ... so maybe there's an explanation? Idk, throwing spaghetti at the wall.

For the others, I'm at a loss rn. I'll stroll through epicmafia and see if I get any ideas. I like Fletch's ideas, though.

Well of course it's hard for me to add to the conversion since I don't how to play this very well. :|

Anyways, I think Stunfisk could fit the role of the bodyguard. It is described that it can "save the day!!!!", so it might be guarding others.​

There's always the chance that Stunfisk is just a useless meme role, too. The overuse of punctuation makes it look pretty sarcastic.
