it might not have any affect but something weird just happened to me.
I caught a Huntail with dive and dived south of Precimos Island.
Then I went to the PC and found two presents.

Another small but significant update. The world map has been redone in the style of HGSS as opposed to the original DPPt style! It works in the Town Map, and Fly screens perfectly.

This looks absolutely amazing!! I first discovered Gaia about a week after v2.5 came out and have been periodically checking in on it ever since (for a year and a half!). So buzzing for the next update, whenever that shall be :D

HI, I need help .. I love the game so far ! But I am kind of stuck at the 5th gym .. the second switch is not working for me ... I have beat everyone on that floor and saved .. now I am stuck and don't know what to do .. I've looked up everywhere about that issue and I can find any solution .. please .. I really need help

Hi just to confirm if its a bug, a hail that is casted by snover's(my) ability does not subside till another weather will occur, and clef(w/ magic guard) still took damage from stealthrocks.

Also may I ask if its possible to obtain Charizardite X atm?

I've played 12 hours, I got pokemons around 30 levels and I enjoyed so much!
Well, I have an issue, I went in the cave where Chancey is, I knocked him out, i exited the cave and BLACK SCREEN.

I research some answers about this problem but they weren't clear enough.

It's probably because Gallade is on my squad or my version (2.5) or i don't know.

I just don't want to start all the way from the beginning.

Help would be much much appreciated

Hey, this is great! Really loving what I've played so far. The story is creative, and the mapping looks great. Waiting excitedly for the next beta!

I think the writing is pretty good, but IMO your hack could use a little bit of lightheartedness to balance the seriousness of the story. Maybe adding a little bit of dark humor or something. Just a thought.

Also, does anyone know where I can find a riolu?

You know, people call me old-fashioned. I prefer things the way they are. That also applies to games. I like the official games and hate fan made games. I used to think that fan made games contain no creativity at all. They are basically just copies of the official games with some additional "features". Having said that, I headed into this game with very low expectations.

Well what can I say. This game just blew me away. Everything about this game feels like a real Pokemon game. In fact, I had to make sure that I was actually not playing an official Pokemon game you know. And I am going to make a bold statement here, I think this game is better than the real deal. I have never played a Pokemon game, official or fan made, that have been as polished as this, and this isn't even out of the beta yet!

So kudos to you Mr. Spherical Ice. You have made me change my values. I'm starting to have a higher regard for fan games now and it's all thanks to you and your game Gaia.

This is easily one of my favorite rom hacks! I'm having so much fun playing it. Anyways, can someone tell me the location of TM 65 (Shadow Claw), if it's been put into the game yet. I need it for my Banette. :)

There are only 50 TMs in Gaia at the moment, and unfortunately Shadow Claw is not one of them in v2.5. I will consider adding it for v3, though!

I'm playing Pokémon Gaia now. I taught my yanma ancient power and it's now lvl36 and still hasn't evolved. Can anyone please tell me what to do?!?!?!

This sounds like you're playing on an outdated version of Gaia. Please redownload from the first post.

Are you gonna 802 Pokemon with Alola forms?

I would like to add some Pokémon from Alola but it will not be a priority for v3. I will not add any Alola forms, however, as it simply doesn't make sense for them to appear in Orbtus.

Pikachu is not capturable in v2.5.

would there be any chance that some abilities' effects will work in the overworld?

like, Synchronize ability. Which has a 50% chance of wild Pokemon will have the same nature as the lead poke which has the said ability.?

I do plan to implement all the overworld Ability effects, particularly Flame Body / Magma Armor's impact on breeding. I don't know if this will be a priority for v3 necessarily but it's certainly a feature that I would like to implement eventually.

Yes.

I was planning to start playing this hack after its final beta was released, but the long wait got the better of me. I doubt I will be able to contribute by reporting any bugs which have already not been reported, so I'm just here to thank you (and others?) for working on this.

The story was (so far) was simple and interesting (as opposed to edgie, drawn out, complicated ones) and it was easy enough to find my way around without having to search for guides telling me where to go next (a huge accomplishment). For anyone who cares, my team at the end was Infernape, Venusuar, Dusknoir, Alakazam, Sharpedo, Glaceon.

A few insignificant things I want to mention : I was expecting a fossil pokemon to be obtainable, the pokemon professor being an Archaeologist. Really missed the Lucky Egg since it makes grinding easier. Also, please do NOT include the 7th gen pokemon, if you're planning to do so. 721 are more than enough. I like how the games centers around the Regis so far. Will prefer if the legendaries are kept to a minimum.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! I definitely forgot to put Fossils in, that will be something v3 will try and rectify. I personally really like some of the designs from Alola but I can understand the issue of bloating with regards to catching them all. I think it should be manageable if I distribute them carefully enough, however. Legendaries will indeed be kept to a minimum for the most part. Thanks for playing!

I started recently and Im currently in frostbite cave, after that one cutscene, this odd noise starts playing, I thought it was a part of the game, because it focused around tremors, earthquakes, ect. but I left to heal my pokemon and the noise kept playing , it annoying and it wont stop, I could just mute it but I want to listen to the music and sounds if any of you have dealt with this problem and have fixed it please tell, (btw GREAT game so far)

I cant exactly describe it, just imagine a staticy dinosaur roaring, with an avalanche in the backround

Sounds like you're playing an outdated version. Please redownload from the first post and tell me if this issue persists. It may also be an issue with your emulator.

Sorry, no. The Move Relearner will be in v3, however.

Yes, Dive has been fully ported to Gaia.

The plan is for the next release to go up to the 8th Gym, but that may change. It will certainly at the very least have the seventh Gym and the content before that which is also new.

Yes, this is an oversight with v2.5: Dive should not be accessible in this release, and those "presents" were simply debug Pokémon. Dive will be fully implemented in v3.

This is not a bug so much as a difference in implementation: weather in Generation 3 does not wear off. Charizite X is not available in v2.5.

Really happy that the game is coming so good but kinda sad as I have used all of my pokeyens on pokeballs. Those eggs would be hard to get.
