I have two items: one is an electric gun and the other is a vest. Obviously, one of them is from the fabricator while the other one is from the gifter whom I likely visited last night. I'm unsure which is true, so I'd like to ask you whom I should use this electic gun later to test out if it is true.

I guess keep both items for now there. I don't think claiming the vest was a good move though. If maf gave you a fake electric gun, then they would know that you have a real vest and would not target you.

The electric gun is something you could use to roleblock someone during the night and it's activated during the day.

I am presuming that your eletric gun it is fake, and I do not know of what will become of you if you do use it, so I advise you to take care.

And perhaps, is it not a good idea to have Terra outing? We do seem to have some sort of doctor, and we could offer them protection.

I checked the OP and it seems that it just won't work if it's fake; there isn't a negative effect other than it not working, so it shouldn't be a worry even if I do use it.

As far as it would be good for Terra to out, roleclaiming any role truthfully isn't good due to the presence of Kefka who's basically a werewolf like role. It's best to dodge roleclaims as mush as possible I guess until Kefka is taken out.

also, even if the gun would kill you if it was fake, it would probably be okay to use it anyways since the chances of both the gun and vest being fake are rather low (and the vest would protect against a backfiring gun).

But if it won't kill you anyways, then there's no harm in trying it, other than potentially roleblocking someone like Terra, so at least don't just shoot it willy-nilly

then again, I've never played with this role in the game and actually succeeding in its job; I advise against taking the offer but at the same time, don't take that as a key part in your decision making, Desi.

Desi gains no extra protection from accepting the proposal; he'd just be revealed. In general, only scum would decline a proposal, though in this case the werewolf (Kefka) is in play, and afaik we can't protect two people at once, so if they're both revealed, inevitably one will become chow.
