a&d usually doesn't like integrating new threads. give it time, i'll promote it a bit.
I have like two polar opposite sides. One half wants adventure and thrills and to see the world. The other sees my family aging and wants to just be with them to enjoy their lives and not leave. Kinda funny.
I hear you.. I struggle with that thought a lot. I honestly just want a job that lets me live comfortably, happily, and securely. I dont need to be super rich, but I want enough to afford to see the world.
My math was bad too. I've been a good writer though, so luckily most my classes WERE writing. But I understand that frustration. D:
I have had my degree for almost a year now and it hasn't amounted to much, but that's because I picked a bad field of study. If you know what you wanna do, it's worth it.
Yeah, it literally happened out of nowhere! :P I was editing a RP post and got distracted and forgot to post it, haha.
    YAY YAY THANK YOU!

I now join you in the ancient PC people club of people who have been registered and semi-active here 10 or more years.
Normally, but it does happen. I have two exams on the 16th, one on the 20th (a Saturday; dafuq?) and two on the 22nd, but one on the 22nd is being deferred since I get 50% extra time and they can't accommodate it that day. I'm'a try to get another one on the 16th deferred, too, since those are the study-hard exams and last class is the 13th. Not a lot of time to study :pink_no:

Exams are 3h long, but with 50% for me they're 4.5h, and those two on the 16th are back-to-back for 9h :pink_frown: They want to space a 30min inbetween and call it even, but I used the entire 4.5h on my English exam last semester and was completely drained. To ask me to do the same thing twice but in French is sadistic.
University tells you what days you'll have exams on two months in advance! We got our winter 2015 schedule end of February :pink_nod:

But depending on when your exams are scheduled for, it could be good or bad! You could get off with an extra week vaycay while others slobber over textbooks lol
Oh, we get the winter break lol we get two weeks off between the end of the exam period and the beginning of the new semester, plus a week in February, plus holidays in April (Easter) plus the week in October off. If you happen to finish exams early in December, you can go home earlier, too.

So this year the exam period was the 4th-22nd of December. Some people had all five exams between the 4th and the 10th. They got the 10th-8th(?) of Dec-Jan off because they already finished all their exams :pink_nod:
