I'm a little insecure about my weight. I'm fine BMI wise and most definitely healthy for my height, but I just don't like how I have stomach fat and unfortunately quite thick thighs. I go see a chiropractor for my back pain (it's nothing serious, doctor confirmed) and it helps for a while. But it's not fun dealing with at all -- my back will hurt if I spend too much time sewing, for example. Ibproufen and other things don't seem to help well like a good adjustment.
