Me too! I'm not gonna lie, I still think about it every now and then. But you're right. It really isn't all it's cracked up to be, in fact I'm thinking it's more of a burden that you're willingly putting yourself under, especially if you're one aiming to please everybody. Although it is an accomplishment of sorts, and it helps you "find yourself" (as cliche as it sounds) down the road, like you did when you began to just do your own thing.
I understand. Just know that we'll be here. Even though it's pretty hard to come back at times, and that you might see better things in life than this little forum, I'll still take it. Math, Physics and Chem eh? I've got those three breathing down my neck this semester, too, so I think I can concede with the amount of effort you'll really need to dedicate to this. But yeah. Anytime, Dero. :D
That's true. I make it a point to not expect too much whenever someone recommends something for that same reason. And yeah, I did for a really short while. Only got to like 30+ episodes in the anime. I thought I could compensate with reading the manga instead, although I ultimately fell out at some point before, I dunno, the Alabasta arc? But yeah I just didn't have enough time back then. And now I know I'll never catch up, so I'm pretty much stuck in limbo. </3; If only there were a way to power through all that reading material.
Really? You don't have to be so modest, I mean you were all pretty awesome to me. Although I'm no art critic, haha. On a side note, I do miss seeing activity in that section. I remember when G&P was active, everywhere I looked, people were donning themes they either made themselves or requested from a skilled artist friend. That was pretty much how I saw PC back then; a forum that had a lot of great graphic artists, and members who flaunted their own good-looking sigs here and there. XD;
