    I know you made the DPSS patch for Fire Red years ago, but I'm considering trying it out and I want to know if there are any "side effects" (moves being messed up etc.) that you are aware of before I try it out. I've used it before and had problems with every damaging move crashing the game, or the game crashing when using a Defense raising move, or the game crashing after using a Fire a move powered up by Flash Fire, but I realized that I had accidentally inserted two conflicting DPSS implementations at once, so I chocked it up to that.
    Oh, then that makes sense! I don't know what I was thinking tbh.
    Haven't gotten around to trying it yet, but I will as soon as possible.
    Thank you for taking your time to respond, but there's one thing I didn't understand about it:
    You had 77777777 14 times in that move animation, but only had 6 replacements for them:

    I didn't quite understand your explanation, do I put some of them multiple times?
    Also, who else would you recommend that's good at this stuff?
    Hey, didn't know if you got my message on IRC the other day; can you show me the hex for some of the moves you changed palette on so I can compare them to the original? Still having trouble with this. Forgive me, I'm a slow learner.
    I just read your post on release of legendary dog in fire red. I didnt get the idea clearly. can you please make a tutorial on it or step by step instructions .I wish to release all 3 dogs even if you choose any starter

    That's the tutorial that sparked this :P that image included in the tutorial works, but if I edit the image and redo exactly the same process it doesn't work.
    Hey,

    Is there a tutorial or example on how to insert a graphic and use it via code? I'm not talking about replacing but rather loading from free space like what you did for PSS split. For example if I want to add a star/image on the pokemon status screen. I seem to be running into problems with scrambled images.

    So can you give me some possible solutions please? When I have it show me the advanced view on NSE it says that I changed the sprite pointer to 720000. It says below that the sprite offset is different. Would that be the issue?

    Edit: I just realized that the offset 'x137be4' isn't there. It automatically goes to 'x137be0'. I edited the last four values of that because that's where the cursor went. I'm not sure what that means.
    Hey. I found your tutorial on showing the IV grades. I put all of the ASM in but it only shows a few red lines when I load the game. I'm guessing I made the mistake in NSE. I inserted the picture in place of the Pikachu sprite as a bitmap. I changed it's offset to 720000 and stuff. I've been trying to work it out but can't seem to figure it out.
    May I ask for some advice if possible?
