Yeah...I don't watch TV legally because A) I can't wait and B) I live in Ireland. I assume you mean Meloni :p He's a hunk alright lol.
I assume you read The Walking Dead comics then? And yeah that's a really old likeness paint I've never been so fond of. I should just do likeness with pencil, people assume the worst if you draw realism with a tablet. "OMG cheating with digital art!!", I'm like, you're an idiot, computers don't have a right-side brain.
Erm, well you already watch 3 shows I love lol. TWD, GoT, and TB. So all I can really recommend would be to watch Falling Skies, which is a post-apocalyptic show a little like TWD, except replace zombies with aliens. Really good show though, give it some pace. Spielberg produces it, which helps. Then if you're really into gripping TV show drama, with a tense storyline which simply takes you by the horns and shakes you, it's Breaking Bad. Which admittedly I didn't think would be my sort of thing (being a fantasy-fanatic), but ended up loving it. Watched the first three seasons in 3 days or something back in the Summer lol. Those were some good days. But there's not much Western fantasy shows out there, there's Spartacus, but it's so testosterone driven, and older shows like Carnivàle are pretty good, but it would depend on your taste. I'd be scraping the barrel for anything after that, perhaps consider looking into Heroes if you haven't already. But as I say, not many good western fantasies out there.
There's some books I could recommend too. One I liked a lot recently, on the trail of what you and I seem to enjoy, was The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. That's been tiding me over (and the sequel) until TWD came back. I could recommend a few others if you're a reader, but not many.
