Yeah I don't have much Area 11 merch. I bought the physical copy of their first album with a poster which is framed on my wall. I think I need a t shirt though! But yeah I like lots of different types of music so that tends to happen.

Ahh but it's not about how long you've liked them for, it's about the passion. It's about how much you like them now! :D to be honest, I'd not have said they were my favourite band until now, and maybe at 1 point in 2013, because my taste in music is very varied and I like a lot of things.

Yeah, it'll be good for my confidence. I love them so much, so it won't be too hard. Been into them for like 5 years now. They've played loads of gigs near me but never really had the courage or interest. But this time I'm gonna do it :D

Yeah. Truth be told I'm a little nervous tbh. Anxious etc. I'm not much of a social butterfly... like at all, so the atmosphere of live music has always seemed a bit intense. But hey, I'll try it. It could be fun :D

I'll let you know though, Modern Synthesis is a BIG change from their previous stuff. It's been received well by most but there is a group of people that liked their first album's style more. I love all of their stuff to be frank, All The Lights In THe Sky (debut album) was great, really upbeat, almost all the songs were inspired by anime, and then Underline (EP released late 2014) was awesome too, a bit of a change but not too different. But yeah you should find more that you like. IMO their best stuff is on Modern Synthesis but that may be biased because it just came out.
