The preferred EV spread for Talonflame is 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe. I honestly don't get why you didn't go max Speed all the way with your Talonflame EV spread. Tie-speeding with opposing Talonflame could be important, you know. With 0 HP EVs at level 100, Talonflame reaches an odd HP number, assuming a 31 HP IV.
