Yeah, it isn't (not to be rude or anything to the person who created it; perhaps more info and something that says SUs must have a certain amount of lines, seeing how they were very short when I last saw it).

I'm thinking about GM'ing an RP before I take on the job of GM'ing a new PMD RP, just can't figure out what it'll be about. I was thinking of a prequel RP though, although I don't know if it'll work all that well, considering that if it doesn't finish it'll be kinda awkward.

IN the meantime, I'm just going to RP in Youkai Academy and the like... :P

Hey, I saw a Pokemon/Hunger Games RP (crossover). Did you have anything to do with that?

Either way, the SU's for it don't seem that great, just sayin'.

Posted in fallout, additionally if you would like to control Makoto he is an NPC. The only restrictions-
-Pretty much have him reference Spark in some way, it keeps his obsession clear
-Don't have him defy orders, it is against his nature
-Don't kill him (it is my job to kill NPCs >:} )
-Finally don't have him attack either of you, he wouldn't do that unless told to.

I figure this way you don't have to do that 3 way interaction thing that kind of gets awkward and chaotic.

As for making them, the most common tools to make them are Adobe Illustrator and it's free counterpart, Inkscape.

Curious already explained it to you, but yes you need to be a staff member or supporter in order to use background images.

If you look at my profile, I'm doing the same thing.

In order to be able to have background images for your profile, you need to become either:

1) A PC Supporter (Need to have donated money toward the sever/have someone do so for you.)

2) Become a member of the PC Staff Team.
