actually, i'm waiting on what he said, because there wasn't anything wrong with it, otherwise there would be something wrong with the thread Pokemon Tempest, because i used that, and the rules as an outline. i am also 99% sure it was him, because one of his friends said that it isn't up because the hack sucks.
