  • Oh, fair enough. I guess I shouldn't blame you if you decide to disappear again. XD;

    I can see your love of cartoons has returned. According to your avatar, you've become a brony. I watched the first episode of MLP and it was good, but I never bothered to continue watching. Maybe once I finish school at the end of this year, I'll have time to spend on stuff like this. XD

    Watching less anime? But why? ;~;

    Quite a bit has happened on my end since we've last departed. I've started my final year of school, so things are stressful, especially since my Indonesian oral examination is coming up soon and I've forgotten a lot of the stuff I used to know. Granted, I'm much better than I used to be this time last year, but I still have trouble speaking. XD;

    Oh, and I read Nineteen Eighty-Four and I must say that it is now one of my favourite books of all time, if not my top favourite book. <3
    I just returned to PC about a week ago, so I haven't been back for very long. XD
    Are you back now or are you just passing through?
    I dunno. Maybe they could do that to a child, but I doubt they could do that to a fully grown adult. That'd involve tearing through tendons and muscles with nothing but veins and arteries. And they can only control the blood. It'd be easier to rupture all the main arteries inside the body and just watch someone collapse and starting bleeding through their skin.
    I don't. :p

    Yeah, I know. A lot of people thought Amon was going to be Aang, though, and that's why she couldn't airbend because he spirit-bent himself and took away everything BUT his spirit-bending, but he was still alive so she couldn't connect with an airbending side and ****.
    And I was all, "Um, no, that's stupid."
    And yeah, it was disappointing. But then there was Bumi, who was awesome and I was all squuueeeeeee when she became an awesome avatar and ****. I was like, "**** YEAH."
    Yeah, I actually plan on using this idea. >=D I'm writing my own version of rulestuff for a D&D-like role-playing game and that would fit perfectly into the campaign thing I'm trying to write at the moment.

    Holy crap, if that wasn't Star Wars... :p
    Babylon sounds like the name of a demon from the Bible, now that I think about it. Like, you've got Azazel and Babylon just hanging out in the hanging gardens, which are gardens of people they've hung growing out of the ground on rope-like stems, so they're technically hanging the "wrong way" as far as gravity is concerned.
    And at random intervals on the rope-stem-thing (random, because demons think math is stupid), a new little stem grows out with a flower and leaves at the end of it, and the centre of the flowers are the faces of their still-living family members. And when that person finally dies, the hanging person at the top starts to have a fit and the flower screams and falls into the bottom of the garden and Azazel and Babylon dance and high-five.

    ... I have no idea where all that came from, btw.
    That's stupid. It's not like SimCity says, "Hey, you'll need roughly this much space for your town centre, so don't fill it up too quickly! =D"
    No, it just drops you in and it's like, "This is what you do. This is what you do now. OH AHHAHAHAHAH NEW BUILDINGS."
    That's it! =D I remember it. Yes. YES. Oh man, ignore me for a moment. I'm just remembering how awesome that story is.

    I like the idea of Sim City, don't get me wrong, but I loathe the fact that city-planning in it is kind of ****ing hard. Like, you try and manage it, but all those sorts of games make it so you don't unlock different **** until after you've started building so many different things.
    So you have a whole suburb and a town hall and then your police stations and **** have to sit in illogical positions. I don't like that.
    And holy ****, the simulation... Jesus, that looks cool. But yeah, I know what you mean. It'll still feel like the same game, I think. That whole simulation thing looks nice, but I doubt it'll change actual game functionality in respect to the user that much.
    Gimme a quick run-down of Prewett? I can't remember it straight from names.

    Damnit, Breaking Bad. That's another show I need to watch. I'll probably catch up on it after I finish the second and third seasons of Community.

    ... Wow. I can totally see that.
    I dunno what I'm gonna do for NaNo. And I'm starting to think that I've made my time-travelling Presidents story a bit too overly serious. Like, it's boring. The world they live in is boring 'cause all the history that makes us who we are now has been removed. There's been no struggles. It doesn't seem right. I dunno whether I'm gonna bother trying to finish it. I'll just take the bits I like and retrofit the characters into something else. I've already done that a bunch of times.

    It's not really a cliffhanger. Especially if you watch the movie, Serenity, which ties it all up pretty well. It's just that there was never a second season or anything, and that ****ing sucks because a second season (and more) would have been the best things ever. But I wouldn't say it ends on a cliffhanger at all. Serenity does a really good job of finishing it.

    ****, did he die already? :( I heard he had that heart attack or whatever. That sucks. Weird lookin' dude, though. Apparently he was famous even before his internet fame.
    If it was HOTY, I'd say it'd be a hack. If you played it by a separate .exe, it's a game of its own. If you needed an emulator, it's a hack.

    Yeah, I was on the first dead BBS for a little while. And it wasn't PE2K.

    It does finish later tonight, but I'm not there because I woke up this morning and felt just ****ed. So I decided I'd skip it. In 10/11 hours total, I wrote 13000 words. That's a ****ing awesome effort. I'm gonna keep going at a bit of a slower pace, maybe. Try 5k a day or something.
    I kind of can't wait for NaNo. I'm gonna try and write the 50k in the first week, then I'd like to write a second 50k. Basically 100k in the month, but I'd like to go for the first week being half. :)

    Also just started Firefly before. HOLY CRAP IT'S AWESOME.
    Hack of the Year? I don't like Hacks.

    No, no, it wasn't the BBS. I think it was Pokémon Online 2000 or something? No idea of the name anymore. Jax would know. It was the forum that Jax was a moderator of back before you ever would have known her. The BBS didn't exist in those days.

    Okay, that was pretty ****ing awesome. You win. I'm sitting here, grinning and laughing like a retard when I should be typing away. xD
    When I say fan games, I mean the good ones.
    I follow (using that word loosely as of late) the following: Pokémon Garnet, Pokémon Deep Balance, Pokémon Lost Legends, and I /would/ follow Imperial Sky, but man? **** those guys. They keep getting nearly to the finish, and then they restart their project using the same old fakemon and stuff. (and now their thread is closed, so I'm pleased anyway)

    I just realised... I have no idea if you were on that old website I used to be on. I've actually forgotten its name...

    Anyway, http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4bbcolCUq1rwyievo1_250.gif
    I'm okay with them spending money for anything. Just keep it to themselves and stop trying to make Pokémon seem badass when it's a game for children and up.
    OKAY. OKAY. I haven't watched the trailer yet. I got to the part that says, "Nintendomination" and promptly shat myself. Ninten- DOMINATION. WAT.

    First of all, that was disjoined as ****. Second of all, the soundtrack was not very Pokémon at all. Third of all, Japan must have, like, four voice actors for stuff like that because all of those voices were familiar from other anime things I've watched. It seemed so... mainstream. And I feel like a dick saying that. xD But I think you know what I mean.
    Dude, there's something wrong with you...

    jkily :)

    Seriously, though, China won't bow down to you because of oil. They depend on Australia for their rice and that's about it. As long as you don't **** with Australia or Fiji, China will be fine, dude.
    We should totally play Risk, yeah? That Risk legacy game where your actions can actually change the board for future games.
