    Short list: Protect and Detect. Not being able to remove HMs. Actually just HMs in general Caves.. we all know why >.>. Nurse Joy. Slow Battle encounter animation things blah. When your pokemon is at red health and it makes the annoying beeping sound :|

    Or how about a 1337Ball that catches pokemon 100% of the time and when you catch it you get to change its IV's and give it EV's and chose its level. When it goes into battle you can change its type and moves. On a more serious note, Pokeballs that change catch rate depending on the location...
