My thought is that, once Hanso finds Vera and the topic of Sovereign comes up, he can try to contact Genevieve to bring her in on it and we can go into the Deep Unknowing. (Something to discuss with Claire, since it's her character.)

On top of a tall building, 'untouched' last I checked, with Paladin the Golurk, Veletra (a poisoned Mismagius(?)), Accatosh the Salamence, and Allora the Ninetails. I don't think Xilfer specified where in the city it is, so perhaps it's close to the edge of the city? That might not work so well for seeing Vera outside the city, though, if the building's not tall enough to see over the walls.
