Yea, I understand most of it, it's just the one step, they don't give enough info.
That info would be: how to replace a tile with another tile in paint.
All the other tuts just say, replace it, then save.

It's gonna beak the system down of regular nice hacks to>Multi Enviroment. and you guys should stoppppp >_<.

Only people that used the snow was Dshaybausa(first),Neti...(2nd, well borrowed pals from Dshaybausa) Me,(I have my own pals, because the one dshaybausa gave me is weird...)

I bet everybody is gonna use this base that will then make me want to murder you all xD.

Ex: If people overuse this rombase, I have to advice you to make your own pals and insert your own tiles, it shows you the feel of a real hacker.
