I agree that it doesn't look as impressive as other 3D titles in the least, but to me the fact that it's not *bad* 3D is good enough--Pokemon titles have never been the epitome of good graphics but they were nice enough that they worked.
But yes. Oh my gosh. The grid D; Nothing against the grid but if we could have a grid-less game it would make me so incredibly happy!
And...oh yes, I think some people *still* complain about reusable TMs. Like, I can't even. I really can't even.

Yeah, you're definitely right about the whole change thing. I think I've just wanted Pokemon to change for the better for so long that I'm welcoming any change possible in hope that it improves the series xD Like, when I first saw the 3D I thought, "oh no it's not 2D like Masuda always said" but then I though, "well actually it's pretty neat and stylized!" So it's perfectly acceptable in the beginning, but some arguments still baffle me despite the fact (like....they haven't been using colors since gen 1...)

Going really well, fortunately! Not gonna lie, did have some drinks on Christmas, but I guess that made it more fun. So glad it's 2013 now, 2012 wasn't a good year and a lot of good games are set to be released this year :3
