Oh, I probably will once I move out of the house... I don't think my parents want any pets right now...Of course I'd like a nice fluffy one :)

I think they've become more irritable over the years... now they'll yell and swear at the TV whenever they hear something they don't like (the weather men in particular have gotten a wide variety of colorful names from them), I feel I can't talk to them without getting yelled at, and my mom thinks I need to be constantly reminded of stuff, like I'm an idiot.

Thanks! I really like Lisa, I think more trainers in the game should wear cute fancy dresses like her (and the guys should wear a nice suit or tuxedo). I never play as the guys in Pokemon games because they dress like total slobs... and even the girl trainers in Pokemon games can be pretty hit or miss as far as looks go. But Lisa, as you can imagine, has fits whenever her outfit gets ruined. I guess it's one of the drawbacks when you look fancy for Pokemon training :)

unfortunately I can't do anything... my family seems to embrace the boredom that surrounds them. When we go to Wal-Mart, that's considered "exciting." It's enough to drive anyone crazy. Even as a kid I never liked summer break since that would mean spending my days either at home doing nothing, or at my mom's old business doing nothing. Very rarely have we done anything fun (I think the last time was 2006) so it's a huge change from my college days where I was constantly going out and having fun with friends.

I have two cousins who are a few years younger that I'd love to see (I talk with them from time to time on Facebook) but who just live so far away. This family reunion, for the most part, is a bunch of people in their 60's and older , most of whom I don't know and the rest live locally so I run into them quite a bit.

Yeah, did I mention my family loves to find any way to save a buck? Might be the cause of their love affair with Wal-Mart... We've been without A/C for years here, and summers are always hell because of it. Of course in the winter they have the heater turned up full blast so it's still hell inside the house...

And maybe it's because of the heat, but I've been finding it very hard to get to sleep at night.

Yeah! I haven't had any grapes in like, at least 2 years. :<
Once I tried to get my family to take an online IQ test. My dad got just about my score, my brother got a slightly lower score, and my mom got tired and didn't finish it!

I slept in until 2PM after going to bed @ 7 :P hehehe
NASCAR is on @ 7PM tonight.....so I won't be on then :D

Aww, they're cute :) I like fluffy things xD Now I really want to move out, get my own place, and get a nice kitty :P

Mine go to bed around 9:30 or 10:00 so after that I can't go anywhere... not that there's anywhere around to go to... and I'm pretty much confined to my room unless I watch the TV on mute... And I simply cannot get to bed that early (unless I take my extra strength allergy pills that knock me out like a light for 13-16 hours xD)

Yeah, it's a pretty cool experience. I haven't been on once since '08, because it's gotten expensive, though. And making that same trip by bus just isn't as nice... compared to the plane, the people who ride the bus are a whole lot more shady looking. But at least the long distance buses now have wi-fi, as long as it's working correctly. Of course that one time snow stranded me at a bus station in Cleveland wasn't exactly a fun time.

Yep :P Leaf Green is actually the game I played through most recently... somehow it doesn't get as old as some of the other Pokemon games. Who's on your team and you are playing as the girl, right?

The boredom around here is slowly driving my crazy, I think... I'm one who definitely was out and about in college and I really miss that lifestyle...

This family reunion's on my mom's side, but it's mostly people I don't knopw and who are too old for me to really talk with. But it seems I have a few crazies on both sides of my family... I have uncles and aunts on both that are a bit spacey, lol. Some good and some bad on both, I guess, but I really hate being the only one my age who goes to this thing. Now though (and my mom just told me this) relatives from my dad's side are going to be visiting in a little over a week :P Go figure.

Actually, it was for lunch today so I could dodge Wal-Mart lol. The food was pretty good, though the hamburger patty split in two for some reason xD

And right now it's hot and we have no A/C and I'm sweating up a storm. Hopefully things get better, or at the very least someone goes out and buys an air conditioner.
