Ahh, alright. I thought you were the original spriter. As for the main body, I referenced the Spheal sprites a lot.

I saw the script you posted in the community hack discussion; it's pretty good and elegant (for a Pokemon script). Just one issue -- since you used the random command, if the player declines to pick that Pokemon, then there's the chance that the script will give a different Pokemon next time. It's technically fine, but wouldn't really make sense :p.

You mean it has snow tiles right? A VERY easy fix, A-Map can change the weather, all you need to do is:
1. Load up A-Map
2. Go to Route 3
3. Click Header tab and look at Map Options there should be something for weather.
4. Switch the weather to Steady Snowing or if that doesn't work 3 Snow-Flakes
5. Test it out on your rom.
