Iron Spikes is a cool ability to have (even though it's a Rough Skin ripoff, LOL).

I call it Iron Spikes as a more direct translation from the Japanese name, "tetsu no toge". I know that toge means "spike", but I'm not sure about "thorn". (I think "barb" would more fittingly come from hari.)

I've seen that set so many times on PO. And Natto's defenses are beastly, I'll agree. It's the ideal counter to Kingdra in Drizzle, because it resists Water and Dragon.

I remember that. And I'll raise you one of my own sweeps: one of my blogs contains my lead Gyarados sweeping entirely by itself; none of my other 5 Pokes were involved in the battle at all.

- I was paranoid, and for some reason, I thought he'd switch. I also thought it would do enough to finish Metagross, but nope.
- Yeah, that was crazy. And I'm aware of Mischievous Heart. Can't wait to try that, LOL.
