Cause we've got Ash and they prefer having a male group mother for some reason. They like to keep format if not characters. And they prefer to distance the anime from the games and so have anime-only rivals. Sometimes that works (Paul) sometimes it doesn't (Trip). It's still kind of weird considering they're meant to be advertising the games and whatever, but I guess like the main audience is male kids who play Pokémon. They spend so much time looking at the male protag that it'd be too much to have him in the anime as well? idk really im just making things up that might be plausible

That'd be kinda fun but I feel like they'd be lonely idk. I also kind of wanted Calem & Serena to both to be with Ash. Like if they're twins or something idk.

Ehhh the ones we've seen so far don't really seem like good travel candidates. That might change as more are revealed but so far, nah. And tbh the Kalos kids are more than enough for a set of main and set of rival/recurring characters.

By not getting their asses out the store. That's really rude. Thats essentially saying that their browsing is more important than us being able to close and clean up and go home. We close at 9 and are still checking people out at 9:20. it does not take 20 min to get across the store. Then we have to restock and clean up and go count our tills and we dont clock out till 10. If people would gtfo, we'd get out at our scheduled 9:45.
