Yeah, it's because of the pokemon encryption. In the bytereplacement file erase the part responsible for it.

Just open hex editor and goto pointer shown in pge habitat editor,
You will get basic information there.... if you know hex editing you can study table by yourself and you will find it ease....

I didn't use a program, but I didn't really do anything special, either. I just entered them into the evolution table using the same format as Leaf Stone and stuff. But my stones are a lower number than the Sitrus Berry, so maybe you should try that?

I just insert them with an assembler because its faster that way than clicking through a base stats editor. They're nothing more than a bunch of bytes.

Neither of those tools can open Nameless FireRed Project. The data is structured differently than anything those tools can read - no such ini exists.
