When I said "pokemon evolution isn't like normal evolution", I wasn't talking about the metamorphosis from one form to another that is more commonly referred to as evolution, but real evolution over time with an older theory applied instead of the modern one used for real life animals.

Overpowered? If done right, you could be way OP by the time you get around to the Elite4 and even the champion. My siblings and I have always played pokemon as if it was a solo challenge, never any other way.

It would have an ungodly high special defense, it'd most likely be bug/dark type. Real roaches actually don't have much of a resistance to radiation, but people think they do, so that's where I get the high special defense from. Similar reason for making it part dark, immunity to psychic type...
