Pressing alt+enter makes the game fullscreen, and slightly streches it. It causes a few graphics glitches though, but its better than nothing.

I voted for Poochyena/Mightyena, Umbreon, Houndoom, Krookodile, and Zoroark. Though my most favorites are obviously Poochyena/Mightyena :3 I just had so much fun/good memories with the pokemon, and I love the design. And moxie-yena sweeps are always fun to watch XD
