I went to a Dragons Exalted prerelease today, and from the initial six packs I got both a normal Mew EX and a shiny Krookodile! I kinda wish it was a shiny Rayquaza, but I'm planning on attending a few more, so maybe I'll get one then.

To my knowledge, TPCi has never officially released any kind of info regarding pull rates. The info I posted here for Next Destinies mainly came from four boxes I've personally opened at the time I posted, although the Pokegym was where I found the odds of pulling a Shiny (1 in 3 boxes).

They seem to change the pull rate of Shinies every time they bring them back to the TCG. For the Platinum series, the odds of pulling a Shiny is about 1 every 36 packs (1 per booster box). Anyway, I picked up 12 more packs of Next Destinies today, and pulled a normal Reshiram EX.

Gardevoir's Ability does not work with Double Rainbow Energy, because Gardevoir's Ability specifically refers to basic Psychic Energy. DRE is a Special Energy card, so it does not get the bonus.
