It was a pretty interesting, unique feature. I never really used it much, but it was cool just having the option of being able to get more Pokémon just by using a GBA game.

Barry is my favourite rival in Pokémon (and probably one of my favourite characters in general). He has the perfect balance of being competitive and a friend, which is exactly what the rival needs to be, in my opinion.

When I was younger I used to aim for 100% on pretty much every game since I had the free time, but nowadays I rarely try unless I absolutely love the game.

Definitely, I love the concept of difficult battling facilities that you can train for in the post-game. That said, I really don't think they'll bring it back, especially after what was said regarding ORAS.

I play Pokémon GO regularly and used to play Magikarp Jump quite a bit. Pokémon Masters looks pretty interesting, I'm definitely looking forward to giving it a go!

Usually a few years. Generally the only reason I upgrade is because the battery life on phones these days eventually becomes kind of intolerable.

Scorbunny, easily (I really hope its evolutions are good)! Yamper is also really adorable, and Eldegoss and Alcremie are pretty nice too.

I liked it when Poké Marts were seperate, it made towns feel more... populated? Kinda? It's more convenient if everything's together, but it also feels like towns have less character.

I haven't really done much wonder trading lately, but I used to use it a lot back in Gen 6. I remember getting a level 100 shiny Probopass in ORAS, which was pretty cool!

Has to be Gen 4 for me I think, DPPt are my favourite games and HGSS are probably the best remakes in the series. Closely followed by Gens 3 and 5!

I feel like people generally don't really like/don't care about Chimecho and Jumpluff, but they're two of my favourite Pokémon!

I generally stick with the same ones throughout the game, but occassionally I'll come across a Pokémon I'd forgotten about and have to take one out of my team to make room for it. I used to plan which Pokémon I'd use, but haven't done that for a while.

Just bought My Time in Portia on Switch today, looking forward to trying it out!

Yep, pretty often honestly. I still play Platinum from time to time, and I just finished playing through FRLG and BW! Not sure how likely I am to go back to anything before Gen 3, but anything after that I still play fairly regularly.
