  • I'm the same. In real life I can come off as either shy or stoic.

Yeah, but there's more to it. One can use skill swap to give it to say Arcanine which can use Overheat.

Wow, I had forgotten that you need to evolve it into Togetic in order to breed it, no wonder it took much longer 0_o...
What!? I didn't realize that we've been friends since 2013...time sure flies... But now I remember, we did meet in the XY thread. I recall you, me, and Spinosaurus were worried about the frame rates
:) Everyone was thanked in the corresponding thread.

;0 It needs fixing so you can catch multiple Pokémon in case you are (Un)lucky to encounter such a scenario.

The funny thing was I knew full well it was going to explode the moment Gardevoir"s Hypnosis missed.

More just emphasising how the level curve isn't"T great in HGSS. Oddly it took me nearly an hour (and multiple attempts) to catch Kyogre yet Latias was caught on a first encounter Quick Ball. Latias is of course a Roaming Pokémon in HGSS. Kyogre is now transferred to Gen 5.

Yes you can find a Tangela in there in Platinum if I remember correctly.

Bite isn't exactly a broken move but it does mean the only Leader I have found challenging so far was Gardenia. I have heard the Sinnoh games are challenging, it's the easiest Grass Monotype yet so far. :):0

Riley's Lucario couldn't One Hit KO anything in Iron Island. Did nothing but slow me down. The Shiny Stone was of course in Iron Island and Rosie is now a Roserade. :)

Said Roserade learnt Weather Ball with Sunny Day making Byron's Gym a walkover. Solarbeam can be brought in Veilstone Department Store. Both Rosie and Scarlet know it already. :) (Note how Petal Dance is only 90 power in Gen 4). Sunny Day and then opening fire with multiple Solarbeams. :)

Sun Inspired Weather Ball should make Candice a lot easier and Volkner's Ace I think is Luxray which doesn't scare Grass Types.

There haven't been many post-Gen IV features that have dramatically affected the metagame outside of the Fairy-type, Megas, and the new Pokemon themselves, have there? Not that have affected everything in the same way as the physical/special split did, anyway. idk. idc. xD

Nope, all I know about cat breeds is that Siamese are ugly and I'd never want one. I'll get one that stays small and cute, though.

He was in Dark Dawn, too...albeit substantially easier. He's so freakin' powerful in TLA they use a final boss theme for him! That was the strategy I used, too...at higher levels you can fight him out properly, but grinding and I never got along very well when I was a kid. xD
Alex's mystery is part of his appeal! Actually, it's his entire appeal. He might be responsible for my love of Chessmaster villains; when they're done right they add a totally new dynamic to the game. Amiti never struck me as a particularly well-crafted trap...looking at him now, I'm not sure why, because his clothing is vaguely effeminate. Hmm.
Ugh, Labyrinth Zone. My eternal nemesis. I find it weird that I could do it as a kid but can't do it now. The classic Sonic games were pretty tricky though, especially if you wanted all the Chaos Emeralds. Mario Kart has always been meh; it was all about Diddy Kong Racing and Crash Team Racing back in the day :3

They did, and it's not as annoying as it should be. I don't have any favourite Digimon...or, rather, I have too many. Just playing as Demon Lords and villains sounds appealing to me. I might even try making a team of Dark Masters for kicks. Piedmon was awesome.

Pssh, review scores. If I listened to those I would have missed out on so much over the years that it causes me near physical pain to think about it! Some of my all-time favourites have very low scores - or no scores at all! - because they're not "AAA" or whatever. When I judge what I want to buy I tend to just do a little research regarding gameplay and characters, listen to the OST, and maybe watch a trailer. Sometimes I don't even bother with that; I'm fairly good at guessing my own tastes by now~

Thirteenth. I'm not quite sure what to expect; Precure changes quite a bit with each instalment, even if the core mechanics remain the same.
Really? I get more Futari Wa/Splash Star vibes from it; they hold hands and don't move about, unlike in Suit where they're flying all over the place. The character designs look like modernized Nagisa/Honoka to, it's got a very classic vibe to it. If they stay as a duo for a while, I expect both will get developed properly. Hopefully. Time shall tell.
For a Pokemon to be allowed in LC it needs to be possible to obtain via egg, not be an evolution and it must be able to hold an Eviolite. Volbeat hatches from an egg and is no evolution of another Pokemon, but it can't use an Eviolite. Thus it's not allowed in LC. ;)

Well, Double battles always leave you two Pokemon, so there's always that other threat on the other side that your Pokemon might not be able to handle. It's one of the reasons why Mega Kangaskhan might not be as broken in Doubles than it is in Singles. Though, that's me judging from an outside perspective.

    It does, but only for five turns. If you mega evolve it, you'll not be able to set it again during battle. Also not sure what Shadow Tag Magikarp would accomplish. That thing dies to so much stuff. {XD}

Toxic is used by more Pokemon than Poison types. Poison types just have a 100% accuracy when using the move. Good options for Defoggers are usually the Lati twins, Scizor can run Defog if it wants to and Empoleon is alright as well.
There's this thread on Smogon that list some decent roles. It's for OU, though, it should suffice to give you some ideas in terms of roles:

I wish there was a way to send attachments by Pm, that way I can by pass the reformating the Pm does. I look forward to your thoughts (please be careful with the tab, I hate to redo things, so I would hate it if you had to redo something).

Right, he is exposed to electric...well actually his Noibat get's neutral damage. Meanwhile his Talonflame is neutral to ice. In the end Hawlucha is neutral to rock too. So the other typing makes them quite diverse.
You had to quit? I do like intense stories, however. It takes a lot to bother me.

I suppose the best thing I can do is practice up! I'll register as soon as I can...

I didn't look up any pre-release info on Mahou Tsukai... But of course the bear was gonna talk! It's the mascot and moves around in the opening. I wonder why that childhood plush bear of Mirai is so significant magically?
I wasn't really brave. More reckless, I guess. I-it's not like forum pairs are srs bizness or anything! I've been acquainted with Meloetta for about a year or so now, so I thought it was worth a try? It's for "giggles" anyway... I think? x'D And I do really think they're a cool person.

Hmm... I'm too lazy to check. No matter her real Chinese Zodiac Animal, Sheep is Sheep.
