  • So glad that any neat freaks I know are pretty hands off with my living quarters. Wish you could say the same, really. You sound like you keep a lot less stuff than I do.

Actually, it wouldn't require being competitive on your part at all. What it would require is good organizational skills and enough knowledge on the TCG (throughout the history, I might add) to become a Pokemon Professor so you can do pre-releases for your league if you so wish. And you could make your league a league that allows people to play with any deck, so long as it's for fun and not used to fill out the league card. You don't have to be a Pokemon Professor to run a league, but it helps you keep things fair and makes league members respect your authority and knowledge of the rules.
That actually reminds me of how I used to organize and "clean" my room, ahahaha. Even now, with my room being a lot cleaner and more organized than it used to be, your mom and her friend would probably be horrified at my room simply because I have so much stuff, even though it is all organized.

You should totally look into starting a league in your area when you graduate from college.
    nvm i chickened out lmao

and it's okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sticking up for a fellow blog roamer
i'm probably going to get murdered because of my comment on his other blog uh oh
    Well okay then!

Okay, now that's just pointless. It doesn't accomplish anything except for external appearances, and makes the organization worse in the long run.

I'm surprised more kids didn't try learning it at that age, honestly. Almost everyone I knew didn't know how to play properly.
I'm fairly certain Machamp was supposed to only come in versions with the 1st edition symbol on it, even in the Starter Kit itself. If it doesn't have it, it's an oddity at the very least.

Did they throw anything out? "But how will I learn to get rid of stuff I don't need if I don't do it myself because you're doing it without checking with me?" would be a good point to raise if stuff was thrown out on you. That may actually backfire, though.
I specifically tell my parents I don't want them cleaning my room as they might throw out stuff I might need or was holding onto for someone, and because it's my living quarters and my responsibility. My parents have been pretty hands-off with my stuff the last few years because of that, and my organizational skills are markedly improved because of this.

I'm thinking his son is probably 7 or 8. The next step is to learn to play the game himself.
From what you've told me about your parents, they seem to be of an older school of thought with regards to how someone should act at given ages.
Nothing much, replying to all these vms haha. I might post a little on my roleplay...but I feel more inclined to play some sims haha.
Oh, yea I already did one playthrough. It was especially fun cuz(sincs you cant normally get a bagon) my freind helped me trade my Bagon I to my black 2.
