You don't have to choose one from the list if you don't want to. But choosing any other Pokemon implies you'll get it via other means, and not from the Professor :3

Due to some people choosing Pokemon that aren't amongst the starters, there are starters that were left unelected. But all 10 spots were filled... If you want to join the you should PM your SU to Sonbird and I. And if we approve you can join our ReBURST bandwagon :D
