OMG, I know. i get this so often. not too worried over phone calls anymore (unless they're work calls, I know my co-workers can hear me make calls so I get tons more nervous and shaky having to do them). it's such a great feeling when you're done! i can totally understand

It's good to hear that you're doing better. I have had the lingering cough or other symptom too before, but just keep doing what you're doing, rest up, plenty of fluids, eat healthy and you'll be getting back to 100% health soon <3

omg that sounds like a nightmare. good thing you got off that, dear god :x and my mom is on lexapro too!! it works very well for her also o/ but yeesh, i wish prescription refills could be done online or via an automated phone system, especially in the case of anxiety drugs. phone calls are a trigger for a lot of people who rely on this type of medication and it seems backwards to require it :(

toph is awesome! they are all awesome tbh, avatar has one of the best stories and characters around. you're gonna love it :D and Korra is the sequel yeah, takes place in the future with the kids/grandkids of the main cast in the original. I liked it a lot too, but nothing will top the original still! lol

I'm not on any prescription meds personally, got close to getting anxiety meds once but mom talked me out of it because she didn't want me to get addicted. which is kind of good and kind of not, sometimes people just need medication and there's nothing wrong with that at all. she made me embarrassed about feeling like I needed it back then :( now I take over the counter stuff like ashwagandha when I feel stressed, or another supplement I order from a third party which helps a ton. definitely lifts my mood and isn't addictive, so don't have to worry about that. got a bunch of leftover pills that expire december though, since I haven't been needing to take them as much T_T but they were all so pricey so I'll try to take as many as I can before then!

I'm glad you're okay!! ;o; that sounds so stressful.. I have some friends in similar boats, although mine weren't that bad they felt like they got close. But that's how anxiety is, making you feel like you're going to die even though you won't. it's horrible :(

glad you found meds that work! yeah xanax is known for being addictive and I'd be scared to take it long term, especially from a young age. it may be hard to taper off of it D: it's awesome there's something else working for you now, hope it continues to help out ^^

hop is great. he doesn't seem to be very popular but I like him a lot, and feel like he developed more than a lot of other rivals throughout the story. his theme is also so catchy!

oof I understand. I never got diagnosed but I definitely have situational anxiety and am absolutely terrified of things like public speaking and etc. sometimes I seem totally normal but in certain pressuring situations my face will go red and I'll be speaking poorly... it's tough ; ; we can do it!

Lanturn is sooo cute. I love it a lot, definitely one of the best ones. Psychology seems really interesting too though, one of the majors I wish I did when I was in school but never ended up choosing! is there anything you're hoping to do with that once you graduate? :O

and yes I do have the dlc. the isle of armor by itself isn't the best and the story is a bit bare (and short), so for that alone I wouldn't say it's worth it, even with them bringing back some old pokémon. but the crown tundra is supposed to be the bigger of the two expansions, so once that comes around I definitely think it'll be more worth it!
