Something I've noticed is that this team really needs a counter to Fighting-type Pokemon, and to a certain extent, Fire-type Pokemon.

In addition to that, statwise, it's very weak, with bad physical stats, average special stats, low speed, and average HP. It's also very vulnerable to common moves such as Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunder or Thunderbolt, and so on. Its resistances don't give it much...

You really think outside of the box with some of these strategies, Platinum. That's an impressive observation.

Swagger really isn't a reliable move in any tier because it can end up benefiting you or harming you in the end. Tbh, confusion-inducing moves really shouldn't be used with the current metagame because there are better, more viable options.

If you can give us any idea of what to work with, we'll be glad to help you out. But we can't build your team for you, because then it won't really be your team...

When you do an EV spread, you really don't want to spread it out among all six of the stats, because you're not really investing in the Pokemon's particular strengths. EVs also should depend on the role of the particular Pokemon. Most EV spreads will be spread out into only 2 or 3 stats.
