Yeah, Rough Skin/Iron Spikes + Rugged Helmet will really frustrate foes. I'm quite happy Garchomp got that Ability by the Dream World; I actually want to use that when it comes out.

And yes, the games themselves have that stupid message. I've seen it in the Battle Subway (I simply had to look for ふうせん fuusen when a Poke came out and after I attacked it), so I know for sure.

I don't know. I guess I have been to nice places, but mostly I got to places that are pretty familiar.

Yeah, I know about Rugged Helmet. The thing is, instead of making thee attacker loses 1/8 of its max HP (like Rough Skin and Iron Spikes), the Helmet makes the attacker lose 1/6. That's pretty nice, if you ask me.

And I've seen the Balloon. Makes the holder immune to Ground moves until it's hit. It looks useless, but for certain Ground-weak Pokemon (like Doryuuzu), it buys a setup turn. I just wish the games didn't have that notification message.
