  • Yep, Surf is the only one I'll actually use a lot in battle. Haha, I used the red Gyarados once...it was pretty cool, considering I've never used one before. Dragon Dance + Outrage OWNS.

I've also found that older teachers tend to teach better than the newer ones. I had a foreign teacher in 6th grade for Geography which I actually forgot about until this conversation (O.o), and she was great. She always brought in dates, these fruits from her native country, and would always hold me back at the end of class and give me an extra one, because I was the only student who'd openly express how good they were. xD

Agreed. Ground/Dragon is an epic combo. Metagross has a great dual type as well. I love cats. I have one and I love him to death. Haha, my friends even tell me I'm going to grow up to be that #ForeverAlone cat lady, rofl. xD

Wow, really? That would probably freak me out, to be honest. Haha. But that was nice of whoever did it. Here's to hoping they're friend and not foe! xDD

Hopefully! As for costumes, mine are always make-shift and rather cruddy, but I've had a few good ones here and there (like my vampire costume last year). This year...I'll be handing out candy in cat ears. xD

Thanks! Haha, wasn't the last sig/avatar a set as well? That's a neat idea. ^^
Lol, I had to resort to having an all HM pokemon on my team once. I hated it, which is why I use HM slaves when I absolutely need them. No pokemon on my team is learning Rock Smash, sorry.

I'd hope not! Lisa is pretty awesome as is. :)

Agreed. Some of my homebound teachers were God awful. I literally learned absolutely nothing from my Web Design "teacher". So I resorted to the internet to teach me stuff... As for foreign teachers, I believe I've only had one. And to be honest, I didn't really learn too much from her either. :/ It was for Spanish, and all she was teaching us how to do was conjugate verbs. That's it.

Ah, me too. As for types, Dragon, Water, and Electric are probably my favorites. Haha, the cat pokemon...I like Choroneko (can't remember 5th gen. english names for the life of me) and Meowth the best. And yes, it would be nice to not have to go through that route several times (even though I never did due to laziness xD).

Aaand...HAPPY HAPPY 86th (xD) BIRTHDAY, MY FRIEND!!! I hope you're having a wonderful one. :) Oh and just a heads up, I'll likely start on the Lisa drawing sometime over the weekend. ;)

Well, it turns out that I'm actually not doing anything for Halloween either. But ah, such is life. Oh, and I do believe that my interview went well. :) I should get the results back in a week or so~

    And cute avatar, btw. ^_^
    Alright sure :)
And oh my gosh, i forgot to make maid Lisa. Im soooo busy lately with school and homework i barley have any time to sprite. I will make it sooner or later though.
So how is your birthday so far? Gone do something special like to watch a movie in the cinema like the Puss in boots movie or Johnny English? :)
    :o

I agree. Just another HM we didn't need. I despise having to teach my good pokemon HM moves... Speaking of which, can you believe she wasn't even playable in the 1st gen. games? O.o

I can't wait to see what the sequel's going to be like, and perhaps an older Lisa. :)

Seriously? That's pretty ridiculous...I mean English is kind of necessary to be able to teach, wouldn't you say? xD

I like Squirtle the best too, actually. :) I also like Charmander, but I feel that Squirtle suits me better. On that topic, do you have a favorite pokemon type? Ah, I hated that route too. In fact, I avoid it. I know it's good for the exp. and items, but...meh... Hoenn actually has some of my top favorite characters, along with Orre and Johto. As far as cities go, I quite like Lilycove, but I'd probably have to say that I like Johto's cities a little more. Just a little~

Ah, that's good. ^_^ Speaking of that, have you got anything planned for your birthday tomorrow? :)

It was a little cold here towards the beginning of the week, but now it's been mostly staying in the 70's and 80's. I wish it would stay like this forever. xD
Agreed, and even doing that wasn't too hard. For the final part of the game, I feel that everything in that area should've been more ramped up in difficulty. But yes, hopefully. I'd love to see her on a newer console. ^_^

    Agreed. Pretty bad@SS. xD

Yep, and I've always been one for doing work on my own anyway. I don't need a teacher to walk me through it anymore. Why would anyone when it's in the book? xD

I will; I've actually read chapter 9. I am SO GLAD that she caught a Trapinch! Flygon = <333. And I loved the battle/mini trivia with the guy from the math competition. That was very well done. =) If you don't mind me asking, who did you chose for your starter? Or do you not use the starters? I have yet to try to go through the game without using a starter, but it sounds fun. I would actually be the happiest person alive if Hoenn made a comeback. xD I'm a big one for water (after all, I'll be going for a degree in marine biology). Haha. But I do have to say, I hated the speedo-wearing swimmers. Ick.

Thanks! That's good; did you eat at the food court there? I actually got pizza from our food court yesterday. xD
Have a nice birthday, my friend who is obsessed with Leaf from FRLG.

(You are tricking your age, aren't you? Most people here are younger than 86)
