Yea I know how messed up internet feels. Mine was down for a whole week 2 or 3 weeks ago.
A 23.00 K/D ratio is someone who only plays stuff like Dom or Demo and doesn't play the objective (or if it is TDM they camp really really really hard). My 2.70 is only TDM and S&D. A good team really helps, and most of the people I play with has over a 2.0 K/D.
