It's interesting to note that in Gen III and IV, we have Rock-type as the first Gym. GF seemed to be kind to the Fire starters in those aforementioned Generations -- granting them part Fighting when both Torchic and Chimchar evolve, giving them advantages on offensive and defensive aspects. :)

On the other hand, Surskit with Water Spout is an extreme torture for those who picked Fire, worst than getting Rock Tomb by Brock's Pokemon in Fr/Lg. I guess we really shouldn't play with Fire! lol {XD}

At least GF remembers Farfetch'd. Tbh I always think that Farfetch'd is more suited in early stages, than appearing late in game. :/
