There are many theories out there about her age, such as one I've seen where she can manipulate her biomass to keep her looking the same, or something along those lines. But I kinda had a feeling PB wasn't the age we thought she was when in Earth & Water, she looked the same as her present self in that flashback of when Flame Princess was a baby.

Except I'm not a gazillion-year-old princess made from candy. :p
