  • Hi! :3

Do you mind telling me how you get that bubble come up when you hover over your signature? :3
What part of "I want to suck your blood" do you not understand? (Yes, a very disturbing greeting, if there ever was one.)

How are you doing? How was your Christmas?
I generally leave my Spotpass/Streetpass on unless I'm somewhere I can't really use it, or I don't want my 3DS picking up unwanted passersby when I don't have time to check it.
Actually, they're the exact same thing. Spotpass is just for the Internet, while Streetpass is for local communications. Both need to be on via the wireless switch in order for them to work, but you actually have to tell your games to transmit information via Spotpass if you want to use wifi options. Games typically prompt you to turn it on the first time you play.
Spotpass is automatic, but you have to enable it first and keep your 3DS closed (in sleep mode). If you don't allow your game to use it, it won't download homes at all.
Spotpass is generally better for AC because you can download model homes every few days. Streetpass is only good for Streetpass Plaza. Just too bad you can use Spotpass for that too, except for special Miis.
agh not really cause this girl freakin cheated and got a 95. like wtf whatever she wont pass the ap exam at the end of the year. id rather get a b and pass the exam than get an a and not pass. lol im trying hard man but it sucks still.
i got a 50 on it! D: and that was one of the higher grades in class. Now i have a final in it this week and its reallly gonna suck.

m not tired, ill probably be up for a while. right now im just relaxing and dreading this next week.
Heh. Well, you know what sucks? EO4 is set up for Streetpass, so you can exchange Guild Cards (in-game IDs) and in-game hints with other players. Now that I know EO's obscure, that feature seems worthless, kind of like Passerby Post in PMD: Gates to Infinity.
It was actually released about a week before Pokemon X and Y came out (i.e. October 1st). Really, I think it's just such an obscure game series that most game stores don't stock it. I know I had to order EO4 online because I couldn't find it anywhere.
Yeah, it's been that way for a few years. I may end up buying them online. I just like physically obtaining games unless they're only available online. That may be the case with EO Untold too. My dad was looking for it for me as a Christmas gift and he couldn't find it either
Ok. Well, my Wii is just old enough to play Gamecube games, so I can still play Path of Radiance on it. I think any Wii released after 2009 can't play GCN games anymore because the hardware got reformatted. Luckily, I got mine just before the change over.
It's common for game series that aren't heavily promoted to go out of stock in my area, especially older games. I'm not too surprised I can't find them in-store, but I'm reluctant to shop online. Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn were Wii titles, right? I also heard about Shadow Dragon for the DS, but I'm kind of past DS games at this point. Wii games are different, though, since I don't plan on getting a Wii-U right yet.
Nintendo Power was the only magazine I ever really cared to read, but my subscription ended like a year or two before the magazine actually stopped print. I'm not sure about the full details, but there was some kind of dispute with their new publisher Future (the guys writing for Nintendo Power didn't want to pay outrageous fees just to stay in print or something). I liked it because, for the longest time, they had specified sections that went in depth with information on upcoming games. It's how I found out about side series like Golden Sun, which I may have passed up completely if I didn't read about it.

Coincidentally, I've been looking into getting other series, but I can't decide what ones I may actually like. I've found some that I'm sort of familiar with, but I've had a hard time tracking down games (namely, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn seem virtually non-existent in video game stores in my area). I'm thinking I may have to buy some of them online, but I'm not too fond of doing that since it costs more to have them shipped than it does to buy them in-store... >.>
That's how I learned about Etrian Odyssey IV. I was poking around EShop and came upon the trailer for EO Untold. The demo wasn't out yet, so I found and downloaded EO4's instead. I was blown away and ordered the game a few days later (I don't download the full games because I only have the 2GB SD card that came with my system and kind of a data limit for my wifi modem, and full games would use up a lot of data on both). Also, Nintendo Power was great for learning about off-branching titles. I would never have heard about a lot of games if not for it. I don't think there was a more focused gaming magazine.
