Well the "close call" with that Arcanine actually wasn't anything too bad - it did exactly a quarter of Australia's health on the dot. I only mentioned that because the trainer with that Arcanine also had an Excadrill, so had that been faster it would've done over half with Earthquake. And yes, Pelipper has a catch rate of 45 but to not shake once in either a Net Ball or Ultra Ball... I remember when I caught one in my Wedlocke after it broke free from every Net Ball I had but then was caught with a Timer Ball. For my second Giant Chasm encounter, i'm probably going to go for the Crater Forest because I cannot bear to look at that darn pelican again (and I have Metang/Ditto clause, so I can skip those if I find them). I'm praying to god for a Clefairy when I get that encounter.

And I do really like Mamoswine, and since Russia is a cold place I went with that name for it. Too bad it doesn't exactly fit on my team at the moment with so many weaknesses.

It's too early for me to get to that level, to be real honest! You see, while I'm a member on PC for almost 8 years, I'm not that active in all those years. Iirc, before I settled on PC and in PoC permanently, you and Dedenne are the most active ones, my so called activeness is just a recent thing. XD Don't let that illusion fool ya, but thanks for the blessing buddy, there's nothing better than a friend's support. :) *hugs*

One thing's for sure, since I'm a hermit crab of the section, you'll be seeing my face in PoC. {XD}

You have no idea how glad am I to hear that, I have heard you saying about giving up around last month(?) and that saddened me. I'm glad you're trying your best again, that's the spirit. :) Best of luck with the events, let me know by VM if you have the events up as I don't wanna miss out!

I'm surprised to hear that, to be real honest. Since you are one of PC's famous brand, you should have no problems on promoting the event (easier than promoting/managing a club).

Assuming you decided to create 'Blaine's Weekly Quiz', make sure to ask Syd/Janna(?) if you are allowed to create a simple event, well I''m sure you knew that part already, haha. Second, innovative and fun, you gotta study the Gen III games as well as think thoroughly, for example, 'Why is it impossible to evolve Chansey and Golbat in FRLG? Make a theory.', 'What impact would it bring if Gen I evolution forms like Tangrowth, Electivire, Sylveon existed in FRLG?', etc. Third have fun and do not stress yourself and set a due date for the event. :)

I know you can do it, so believe in yourself! Bring your funny side too, people will appreciate that a lot!

Make 'Blaine's Weekly Quiz', your questions should be focusing in Gen III stuff. :) From Abilities to Pokemon locations, to trivial stuff and Gym Leader gossips related quizes. XD
