But yeah, I tried the stretches and well, my mountains started to hurt ;-; Rip. And my hobbies are staying inside, playing csgo and going to sleep pretty much, cant get any better than that. Mh, my hair was wet so I couldnt put on headphones, bbut if i start drying it first then dealing with legs I could probably come listen to some moosic. Aaaand pls, ill cut myself if i tremble too much. ./////. You really should adjust your cycle so that you get more hours of sleep than work, and ofc always make sure to yknow..do that form of destressing, pretty unhealthy to keep that in when youre so stressed and tired. I am kinda worried though, have you even been getting enough? Please dont deprive yourself of your sleep, youve got enough to worry about! As for the fatigue, maybe try taking a warm bath and drinking some milk after you do an activity that puts that kinda load on you? Helps for sure, and makes you nice and sleepy.
As is for me, meh, im just listening to music, looking randomly on youtube for something to do. Its so different, actually not having any activities planned, I just kinda slug everywhere searching for the next best thing to keep away my boredom, maybe I need to get out a bit more :p
