Aw, bless your heart. I've been trying to do meditation for my anxiety and haven't had much success yet (I admit, I actually feel a little foolish when meditating, I can't get out of my own head, you know?). I hope you and your bf have a swift recovery though! Depression is.. very difficult and while I don't have it myself my partner does and I know how much it hurts to watch them suffer and not be able to help, let alone having your own emotional problems, but just being present and supportive is important and I think you're already doing that by the sounds of it!
