Would use Togekiss definitely. I have a taste or third-evo pokemon, not that it matters, but that Togekiss can really land a punch.

Hmm, at fully evolved?

Gardevior, Chandalure, Liligant, Frosslass, Gothitelle, and Ninetails

More of these guys are "cute" , but also a bit intimidating such as ninetails and frosslass.

besides, they won without evolving the last time i tried :3 [pidgey was a pidgeot though]

I noticed there's an Electric squirrel/mouse-like Pokemon in each region...
Kanto: Pikachu and Raichu
Johto: Pichu
Hoenn: Plusle and Minun
Sinnoh: Pachirisu
Unova: Emolga
