Are you comfortable talking to others about sexual topics? Things such as, porn, sex, certain parts of the body, sexual relations, and so on? Some people feel don't feel comfortable about it, others find it perfectly fine to talk about. Seeing as we do have a very wide (majority wise younger) memberbase here, this will be interesting.

I'm fine about it, and often talk about it some of my more mature friends. Although it's not always taken as a serious topic within my social group, we often joke about certain topics, though for some it's a sign of insecurity in the conversation by laughing so much, then there's just enjoying the conversation. yeahh.. Other than my social group, and probably certain people on the internet, I think those are the only times I ever feel I can talk about sexual topics etc.

Not really with my friends, since I know it's awkward for them, but my parents have been very open with talking about sexual matters, so I have no problem talking about them. My friends won't often bring up stuff like that, but when they do it becomes awkward for me because it's awkward for them, not because I have a problem discussing the topic. My sister and I on the other hand will, on occasion, talk about sex-related stuff, but we're sisters, so that's what we do.

I don't mind talking about it. It's just one of those random things to talk about whenever. Not my favourite subject but also not my worst.

If it's not completely random, then no, I won't have an issue with it.

This reminds me of yesterday, lol. #OCD

I have no problem whatsoever with talking about anything sexual. I'm an open book and I think that's healthiest. There is nothing shameful or embarrassing about sex, porn, masturbation or any of the rest of it, and I have no qualms about discussing it.

So if you have any sex questions kiddies, come to Uncle Andy. I'll tell you whatever you need to know :D. Better to be sure about everything than wing it and make terrible mistakes!

..couldn't have said it any better. It's one of those topics that I'm actually well-aware of and discussing it with my friends or family wouldn't seem awkward or misplaced in any way.

I don't care to talk about this sort of thing, and in recent years have been more open to talk about it. I've found that longtime friends are totally unsuitable to talk about sexual subjects with, though. Mine are, anyways. People I've more recently met seem to be better to discuss things with anyways. I dunno why.

Eh it's kinda awkward to talk about but I wouldn't mind. I'm not the type of person to bring that up, though.

100% fine talking about it. I actually love talking about it and wish it was a topic that more people would open up to me about. :( It's my favorite topic ayayaya

I have no issues about talking about sex with my friends. Most of my friends are older then me because of the community college I go too. They are really honest and insightful about the subject. Now on the internet I don't talking about sex much. I might say something on the subject of sexuality but that it.

I do not talk about sex topics. I feel that's private and shouldn't be talked about publicly.

Only with good friends, both me discussing and me hearing about it. Unless it's anon stuff on the Internet, in which case I'll read.

irl, though, I hate it when my co-workers talk about sex and I'd never talk to them about it. Sometimes I'm a massive prude. It really depends. :s

I'm good with talking about anything sexual with the exception of my own sex life... or lack, thereof. I thought I was completely fine with it, until the topic of my own sex life came up at work and I got all shy and giggly.

It doesn't particularly bother me. Why should it? Honestly the only time I have an issue discussing something sexual is when the other party can't stop giggling and tittering long enough to have a discussion.

I believe am mature enough to discuss sexual topics, including my own sex life, without any giggling or silliness (unless, however, the situation calls for it). I do slip up sometimes, as I am just a teenager and sometimes the words penis and vagina are just too damn funny. But, when it comes to discussing sex and masturbation and whatnot, I can do it without any fuss.

I'm fine talking about almost anything if someone else is, but usually I don't want to assume someone is and I'll keep away from those kinds of topics unless someone else brings them up first. It's not fun to talk about it with people who aren't very open minded.

It should be easier to talk about though. Shame we're so collectively uncomfortable with it.

Yeah, I'm perfectly fine with talking about it. Sex is a part of life, after all, and I don't really see any reason it should be considered a taboo conversational affair. Sex is just another topic to me, just like cooking, philosophy, what's on TV, so on and so forth.
