You do realize that Umbreon lacks offensive presence outside of Foul Play whatsoever, right? Your spread is also inefficient. Max HP for optimal bulk is the general rule of thumb for bulky attackers.

Calced it wrong btw, you forgot Sassy 0 Speed and the effect it has on Gyro Ball: 53.7% - 63.6% a 2hko. In addition Azelf also cant switch in as it is 2HKO'd and also cannot KO Steelix in return so its not a counter.
