The correct wording would be, "It does not have pencil lines, as if it were drawn." or some close variant, but I digress.

It could have been drawing using a program too, I had to draw a line on it so I could get a clean-cut head for my avatar. >:

Hawaii's time zone is the "Hawaii-Aleutian" time zone... and the Aleutians are Alaska's westernmost islands. That's how I keep them straight.
