honestly, 4/10. It's design is fine for the most part, but damn is in forgettable.

I would personally give it more, but yeah objectively the design is not really creative. However, I really like how imposing it looks. Same for it's counterpart. I like that in a psychic Pokémon with no evolution. It seems like it's a very strong Pokémon having lived for ages and has mysterious origins.
