    A hack of firered. Story: you are a 16 year old who has just moved to the country X from Orre. You want a pokemon and to become Champion. As soon as you arrive you meet Profesor Thibault. He's not a pokemon profesor, but he does have young pokemon. He says that he'll give you one. You arrive at night, so you agree to meet the next day. Later, you find out that you must help Team Legendlight stop Team Legenddark, a group of criminals trying to harness the power of every single legendary pokemon, in exchange for a pokemon. Then, your rival arrives in the lab. Your rival, whose also 16, needs a pokemon for legendlight training. He vows that he'll be more helpful for Team Legendlight then you will and challenges you to a battle.

    I don't have any good screenshots yet and I could use some help. More specifically, a mapper, a scripter, a spriter, a pokedex entry editor, a music editor, and a beta tester. I am practicing making OW's and I can do mapping too.

    Love when I see things like that.

    The story needs more work, when I read it (highlighting it, because I can't see it in the purple skin) it just looked like ruby with name changes. Explain more stuff.
     
    Profesor Thibault is Team Legendlight's top engineer. He makes most of their technology, so the lab is Legendlight Tech HQ. He was given three pokemon to hold for safe keeping for Legendlight trainees, but he sees potential in you and gives you one. Your rival has been training in the physical and technological courses, but not in the pokemon course. This is why he needs a pokemon. There were other trainees, but they quit. Team Legendlight and Team Legenddark have been around for six years, but they have always been at a stalemate. Until now. Now Team Legenddark has expanded and Legendlight cannot keep track of them. This is where you come in. You must train your pokemon and keep Legenddark at bay, but you're allowed to get badges too. You'll meet Legendlight members along the way and almost, almost, all of Team Legenddark's activity will cease before the Pokemon League. Team Legenddark uses pokemon that look evil and mean. Team Legendlight use electric, steel, and dragon type pokemon, except for your rival. The starters are going to be:
    Elec to Elec to Elec and dark
    Lions
    Ground to Ground to Ground and Fire
    Tortoises

    Ice to Ice and Fighting to Ice and Fighting
    Werewolves

    So, does anyone who has time want to help? The beta'll be released ten times faster.
     
    Dont worry about getting a beta out and focus on putting quality goods into your hack. Personally, I'm not going to release anything until my story is complete, The maps of the areas I am going to show are finished and that they display good graphics and scripts. So, try to improve the contentbefore talking about betas.
    Also, put a proper image of your first town in, the one in your avatar isn't sufficiently big. In my opinion the story is a bit too cliched, but that is just me. Have fun creating the game.
     
    Okay, here's another one: I changed the storyline~ You are a legendlight trainee from the Orre division because your father has been transfered. He was a leading engineer in Orre, but now he's to help Prof. Thibault. You are to receive your first Pokemon from T and go about completing mlnor missions. But there'll be obstacles and traps that will require badges and some surprises. The league is still in and there will be a third trainee. The below maps need to be redone because the rom that I was editing got messed up. After they're redone, I will need help with some scripts and spriting, in order to finish the beginning of the game.
    Okay. They've all been redone. They'll look a little different, possibly better. Now, here's what's left to be done and what I need help with:
    oak script removal, rival and other trainee scripts, gary removal, block script, starter editing, OW's, in battle sprites.
