Hey everyone! I'm looking to hear some of the things that you guys would like to see put into place in this section so that we can make things more interesting. Here's some ideas that I've come up with/had thrown at me so far:
Contests/Competitions
Adding some friendly competition to this group may be some added incentive for people to post more or for owners to do more with their clubs. I originally thought some trivia would be a good idea, but also I've had my ear turned to the idea of posting and club design competitions as well.
Club Events
This could be things that open us up to the rest of the forum. I need some ideas for this that aren't solely competition based.
Promotion
Most of this falls on me, but we could really use some promotion of the forum. Our name is out there almost nowhere. This also goes for individual clubs. Userbar use has terribly fallen off the map so maybe we could find a way to get back into that. So if there are any userbar makers out there, please help! I'd like some general Pokémon Clubs userbars made as well if possible. I also plan on promoting such events as I mentioned above forum-wide so we can bring in some more activity.
IRC
I was informed that there was an IRC (aka a chat room) originally that regular members here would use quite often. I'd be okay with doing that again, but I'd like to get some feedback about whether or not it's a good idea.
Official Thread Reformation
AKA Rules, Grandmaster thread, CSS guide. Execution of this all falls on me, but you guys can help with input. Rules will be staying mostly the same because I think things work how they are, but more may be needed if we add other things. The Grandmaster thread is a bit of a tricky one. I've been told it's a bit too broad because it includes pretty much everything that's not Rules and CSS/Creation related. So I'm proposing creating a separate thread for club approvals for those who wish to have clubs reserved for a certain amount of time (and is a week enough?). CSS/Creation is something I will keep the same for now but I could use feedback on how to make that better since I know only very basic CSS (maybe someone could teach me :P ).

I really would like to hear from owners the most here since you guys dictate a lot of what happens here. I'd challenge you to find ways to bring out the best in your own clubs as well as things that may draw others here. That being said, I want input from all of the regulars and even people just passing through so that we can make this something special and something people will want to remember.
