Story
We live in a mutliverse, a conglomerate of of endless universes each governed by their own god or gods. You'd think that being a divine, near-omniscient being would never be dull but there's not a lot for the gods to do at times but observe and talk… and talk they do.
Meetings between gods tend to quickly devolve into debates over who rules over the superior universe, and by extension who is the superior god. To end such squabbles, a method of determining the truth of the matter was developed. The gods would pit their universe's greatest warriors against each other, keeping track of who beat who in a leaderboard. Thus the fight for supremacy begun.

The Roleplay
Congratulations, you're now the god of one of these universes. Throughout this roleplay, you will construct a team of powerful champions to fight on your behalf against the warriors of your fellow gods. Each post in For Supremacy will be from the perspective of one of your chosen warriors against those of another god - either an NPC character or that of another participant.
Everybody begins the RP with just one warrior at their disposal. However, every three wins you can add another participant to your roster. These warriors can be entirely new characters, or they can be from other stories or RPs that you have created. The only catch is that they must fit in with this RPs premise and that they must plausibly exist in the same universe, governed by the same god.
There's no plot or story to this roleplay. It exists as a bit of casual fun where we can just come in when we have time and write some fun combat situations and as a no-pressure way to improve on that aspect of RPing. There is a way for it to end if we start getting bored or something, but that's not really important.

Classes
In For Supremacy, your warrior characters will be divided into classes. At first, you will only be able to have one character for each class. However, once you reach a point where you have filled all six of your slots, you will be able to add additional characters to your roster under those classes or even add a custom class to your roster. The classes are as follows:
Fighter - Warriors specialising in close range combat whether that be armed or unarmed. Usually vulnerable to attacks from a distance.
Sniper - Warriors with a focus on projectile weapons. Typically vulnerable to close-quarters combat. Don't have to actually be snipers I just didn't have a better word.
Mage - Combatants who join the fray using magic (or similar). They tend to have a very diverse skillset but limited physical abilities.
Tank - Those annoying guys who take forever to kill. Tanks have massive defensive abilities but are usually slower and limited in their offensive options.
Summoner - Summoners call forth other creatures to fight for them. Like Mages, they are often unpredictable opponents, but they have little combat ability themselves.
Assassin - Assassins rely on evasion and stealth to keep out of the way of their opponents until they can sneak in and deliver nasty attacks. They are typically among the most fragile of combatants.

Rules
- All PC and RPT rules apply.
- This RP is rate M on account of all the violence.
- I'm allowing you a lot of leeway really, but don't godmod. Seriously, nobody should win every time.
- Battles between player characters should be done in JP format. In these posts, try and decide for yourselves who will win or lose. If for some reason you can't, I'll do it.
- There is no single setting for posts. You can set your battles in any kind of location you can think of. All of the multiverse is yours to play with.
- Try and remain active. This is a casual thing so I'm not going to start kicking people the minute they post a bit late, but aim to post at least once a fortnight. More frequently if you can manage.
- Have fun, that's the big thing here.
